Cenicafé Annual Report is a serialized publication containing a detailed summary of the activities, research, and advances the Research Center has carried out throughout the year. This report provides interested parties, such as coffee growers, coffee companies, researchers, and other actors in the sector, with a complete vision of the trends, developments, and achievements of Cenicafé.
During the year 2023 the Operational Plan was developed in line with the objectives of the General Management, which focus on the continuous improvement of profitability through the quality of the beverage and the environmental sustainability of the crops, and those of the Technical Management, which seek to increase productivity, optimize production costs and promote a culture of greater value of coffee based on its quality.
