This paper describes a machine for supplying fruit individually for subsequent analysis, for example with a device that identifies and sorts them according to their ripeness. Before the fruits enter the feeding system, prior conditioning is required, which includes separation of inferior quality fruits and heavy and light impurities, and separation of fruits into clusters. The described machine works efficiently and effectively with coffee fruits, and has the potential to work with similar fruits having a maximum characteristic diameter of 100 mm and cluster contents of less than 10% of the total fruit harvested.
