
Manually operated coffee harvesting tool, which has a mechanism designed to selectively detach the ripe fruits present in the bunches. The tool consists of two bodies, each containing half of the detaching system and the structural elements to support them. By means of a device that is operated from the main handle, the bodies are opened or closed, and in this way the tool is positioned and the fruit, mainly ripe fruit, is detached at the desired location on the branch.Â
