Se realizaron estudios con fumigación de gas ozono bajo vacío como alternativa al bromuro de metilo contra los diferentes estadios de vida de la broca del café (CBB), Hypothenemus hampei (Ferrari) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae), y las urediniosporas de la roya del café (CLR), Hemileia vastatrix Berkeley & Broome (Basidiomycota: Pucciniales), en café verde (Coffea spp. L.).
