Cenicafé Journal is an international, peer-reviewed, open Access journal and financed since November 1949 by the National Center for Coffee Research (Cenicafé). Its main objective is to disseminate, among the international scientific community and the Extension Service of the Federation of Coffee Growers, research results on coffee cultivation.

Esta edición reúne cuatro artículos de investigación sobre: la preferencia de la cochinilla Puto barberi por las raíces de café frente a arvenses hospedantes ; el control integrado de arvenses mediante mezclas con sulfonilureas que permiten reducir significativamente las dosis de glifosato ; el impacto del procesamiento húmedo en los compuestos volátiles y la calidad sensorial del café diferenciado ; y el uso de ácido salicílico para inhibir la producción de etileno en frutos de café.
